UNDER 16'S

Orrell St James under 16's are the current Lancashire Cup holders 2003. They are probably the most succesful side Orrell St James has ever produced. The majority of the team have been together since Under 7s going back to 1996. The team has won nearly every domestic trophy they have played in, they are a talented set of lads and a credit to the club and their parents. Having played all the top sides in Yorkshire they recently beat the current Yorkshire Cup holders West Hull in an excellent game across the pennines. Orrell are currently preparing themselves for a very intensive 2003-04 season in the premier division of the North West Counties League, as without doubt, this will be their biggest challenge so far. The team is pictured with coaches Ian Lomax and Dave Atherton together with sponsor Harry Jones from The Wigan Beer Company. The team is also sponsored by JRP Insulation Services Ltd. of Wigan.
